Mesquite Sand Dunes

A shot of the Sands in Death Valley National Park. Sunset's a great time for photography at the dunes. The low sun casts shadows for contrast on the landscape. Thus creating texture and depth.

On this photo, I did some dodge and burn style enhancement to bring out more contrast in the mounds of sand to create layers of depth. I also used some sepia tone to give a skin like color.
