Flaming Dragon Rolls

Went to this Japanese restaurant for dinner in Fremont earlier today. The patrons at our neighboring table ordered these Flaming Dragon Rolls. Seeing them so close to our table, I was going to use my cup of tea to put out the fire. But our neighbor told me the flames were part of the culinary experience.
