I took the original photo and converted it to greyscale and adjusted the contrast with curves. Then I added an overlay of 3 other photos I took, one of a necklace, one of a rose with an open book and one of the surface of a dirty coffetable to give it a dirty, older look. then I used some brushes on the edges and added a border.
