5th ride outside this year. 1st ride on my fine Canyon Ultimate.

 

Today I'm 11 weeks and 3 days after my foot surgery.

 

90 km base and tempo with currently 44 / 56 percent balance left / right power. Left foot still a bit swollen compared to normal.

 

But: just accepted an invitation to TCRNo6! :)

Überhaupt erst 5. Ausfahrt draußen für dieses Jahr. Die Erste mit meinen feinen Canyon Ultimate.

 

Heute sind es 11 Wochen und 3 Tage nach meiner Fuß-OP.

 

90 Kilometer Grundlage und Tempo mit aktuell 44 / 56 Prozent Kraftverteilung zwischen Links und Rechts. Der linke Fuß ist auch immer noch etwas Geschwollen im Vergleich zu Normal.

 

Aber: Ich habe gerade eine nachträgliche Einladung zum Transcontinental Race No 6 angenommen! :)
