Into The Light

This shot has been in the pipe line for a few months now waiting for me to get the shot of a Crow which I found rather difficult with a max zoom of only a 100mm ! The image started of at about 6 in the morning when I just happened to open my eyes in bed and spotted the unusual cloud formation. 5 minutes later I was standing in a field in my slippers taking a series of 4 shots to be stitched together later. The scenery was not very interesting so I took a series of 6 photos of a corn field and stitched them together. The field was flat and taken on an overcast day so has had a lot of treatment in P.S. I then took the tree image at sunset again stitching 6 images together to get the required resolution. At one time my pour computer was processing over 1200 mb of info and almost came to a halt . I think I have probably spent well over a hundred hours processing this image so I hope you all like it.............................................................................................................................................................
