Topeka Metro Bikes Inaugural Ride

Wednesday, April 15, Topeka Metro Bikes unveiled its new bikeshare program, the first in Kansas. The group rode from Washburn University, past Lowman Hill Elementary and on to the library, where the new bikeshare rack was installed.
