This was taken the day after the trouble in Charleston. The day was hot and Colley was sitting in shade with a friend amid the tumble of yard stuff.

 

Colley didn't even know that the KKK were still around, but he was shocked and saddened by it. He couldn't understand why it still happened - we are all human, all part of the same thing.
