Full-Course Dinner

Our delicious multi-course meal at Shimizu! This was our first ryokan experience of the trip and we were very impressed by the food. Soy-braised fish, tempura vegetables, potato salad, tofu slices and deep-fried potato fritter-thing, and squash. And the mystery dish cooking in back, in a covered pot over a little open-flame...
