Horse Chestnut (bichrome image taken with black and white film)

Taken with the Wray Stereo Graphic camera that I first used in week 59 of my 52 film cameras in 52 weeks project:

This camera takes stereo pairs, and on the negatives, each pair is two frames apart, so between each pair there are two other single frames.

Ilford Pan F 400 black and white negative film developed in Ilfosol 3.

For this exposure I taped a red filter over the left lens, and a blue one over the right, then tried out a two colour (bichrome) version of the trichrome technique.

Trichrome photography involves taking three exposures of the same subject on black and white film. Each exposure is taken through a red, green or blue filter. These photos are then combined to produce a colour image.
