Gannister Mill
My monthly photo project this year is "12 twins in 22". Each month I will use a different twin lens reflex (TLR) camera.
First up is the Halina A1 which was made in Hong Kong in around 1960. It has modest specifications but feels solid and robust.
The film is expired (2012) Lomography branded ISO 100 B&W negative, I think it is probably rebranded Shanhai GP3, and it certainly exhibits the transfer of the backing paper numbers that happens regularly with these films. Devloped in Rodinal 1:50 for 12mins at 22 degrees. There seems to be a problem with the focussing on this particular camera, even allowing for user error, the focus is way out on most of the photos.
