The Monk looks benevolently at the prostrate DuckBoy. "Down again my boy?"
DuckBoy replies, "Not really, just a bit tired. I've been trying to have a relationship but they keep eluding me. I've been trying to find the Quiescent Quandry.." "Ah yes the Pond of your Youthful Spirit"...the Monk guffaws.
"Yes you know", DuckBoy seems amazed at the Monk's insight. "I am so amazed at your Insight".
"Ah, but all I do is lay here amongst these warm covers,wrapped in my silky fur and watch the multiplex screens around me. I've been watching you all summer." DuckBoy smiles, "Was I that interesting?" The Monk smiles, "You were better than Reruns"...
DuckBoy looks multi perplexed and suddenly disappears.
The Monk looks pleasantly remote, flips out his cellphone and orders duck a
l'orange takeout.
