The Latvian. Presumably. Judging purely by the legs.
The heritage north façade of the former Latvian House building, which was designed by Robert Edwards and Frederick Saunders Architects in 1911. Originally a Freemasons' Hall. The Latvian House moved location about 1980. It was renovated few years ago, but I do not know how much of the interior structure survived. In Toronto sometimes only the façade survives major reno.
