I met Señorita Amry while she was setting up a wedding at the Oceano Hotel & Spa in Half Moon Bay. I was inside the Reception Hall when I heard humming of a tune en Español. I peeked out the window and saw the glow of a morning dove. And at that moment I knew I wanted to photograph her. I walked outside to introduce myself, and struck up a conversation with Señorita Amry. I brought her inside the Reception Hall and placed her near the windowsill. I loved how the beauty of her skin tones absorbed the gentle light. I took two frames, using the 2nd for her Portrait. Afterwards I thanked Señorita Amry…and I left with a smile humming La Paloma.
