Rendering

This is a painting in gouche that Katy produced for her rendering techniques class. She is working towards a technical theater degree and this class requires the student to learn various rendering techniques. In this previous photo Katy is working with markers. Usually a theater design will be rendered in one form or another before actual production so that the best scene layout, set design, and costume choices can be made.

 

Meera requested to see what Katy was working on in the previous photo. That one is not completed and so Katy allowed me to post this one that is already done.
