Midnight Moonlight

Under the trees made of supple wood,

When it is neither day nor night,

I will wait for you at the murky meadow

Beneath the midnight moon drained of light.

 

As I walk, I stand and observe,

Pretending that you are there..

Saturated in the crimson hue

Breathing the misty meadow air.
