Socca

Made socca, a Provençal pan bread made from chickpea flour (#glutenfree!), with fresh basil and olives. Topped it with a zucchini and sweet pepper tomato sauce. Served with salad of arugula, cherry tomatoes (yellow ones from our garden), fresh mozzarella, and a bit of bresaola.
