"In 2002, the Cuban-born artist Jorge Pardo was recruited for the artistic design of the Pardo’s. He created a design for the walls and the lighting arrangement. A cheerful soap bubble pattern of orange and green tones covers the café during the day. Green nested and interlocking umbrella lamps give the space a special atmosphere even in the dark."
