The textures for the bells were first created in two dimensions using writing instruments on paper. In the next step, I digitized all in vector graphics, and calculated via geometrical constructions, the curvature of the bell. In this construction, I built the texture, without distorting the vectorized letterforms After that, I cut everything in wax and set the texture in the foundry on the "false bell" back together.
