"blocked" culvert (still works)

This was one of the re-placement logs that we reserved from clearing and put back into the basins for habitat. No evidence of plant material disturbance was found - this log floated from where it was placed to the outflow culvert. The culvert works just fine with the log there, water finds its way around and over it. The log may even encourage ponding and slow release, the design goal of the weirs and the culvert.
