He Comes For Me

This is the Railroad Security, (there is also one behind me), coming up to tell me to take my "Camera" and leave. Apparently it is against the new "National Security' rules to take pictures of a Train. I find that so peculiar as pretty much every person who rides a train or gets off one is carrying a camera in their phone. So really what they meant is no 'Obvious' Cameras. This is probably the 5th or 6th Public location I have been asked to vacate for taking photos. Outside LAX Airport I was detained for over an hour because I was using a 'Telephoto lens'... they too were not amused when i pointed out that 99.9% of people inside the airport had Cameras on them...

Seriously, has the world forgotten our 'Art From'? Have Photographers become "the face of evil"? Do we really look that suspicious?

I am not a complainer - and I have a really long wick - but this is beginning to piss me off - so please feel free to add your comments here of your experiences being kicked out of public locations because you are trying to make art...

And by the way this was shot in Canada - and my Airport ordeal was in the USA...

Other countries having this problem?

Cheers
