So I have been having panic attacks for the past 8 months now and they got so bad that I went to the doctor. Now I dont like doctors, hospitals, needles, any of that jazz. So this was a big thing. They sent me to get evaluated by some other doctors for this and at first I was skeptical but I took their advice and took the drugs they gave me. Im glad I did. Besides the xanax Im on Lexapro and that alone helps me keep my panics under control. These little dudes are here to "put out the little fires" as the doctor said. I have learned what triggers them and if I feel the panic coming on a take one of these little guys and they help me out. This picture was taken because I was bored and about to panic and, not taking the pills, i grabbed the best drug of all... my camera. Holding a camera, pushing down the shutter, hearing the picture being taken (especially the film advance for 35mm *orgasm*) and being able to show you my view is probably one of the best ways to calm myself... besides this little dudes.
