Mad Day for Butterflies - _TNY_3849

Spending half a week at my mother-in-law's place outside Härnösand and this morning I figured there wouldn't be many photos taken, simply because it was a bit windy - but boy, were I wrong. Almost 200 photos taken today, mostly of butterflies - like this red admiral (Vanessa atalanta) looking back at me with those hairy eyes from a white hydrangea (Hortensia sp.).
