Sicilian Honey Bee - _TNY_2621

Here is a male European wool carder bee (Anthidium manicatum) which had chosen some lamb's ears as his territory. The interesting-looking flower he has chosen to rest on here was right next to those and is known as Sicilian honey garlic (Allium siculum), also called Mediterranean bells.
