Rare Find, Pt. 2 - _TNY_0187
On a visit to the Haga Ocean butterfly house in mid-September of 2024, I came across this African peach moth (Egybolis vaillantina) chilling on a leaf.
It is a diurnal species and looked rather striking there wearing hot orange legwarmers and all.
This is the first time I've seen it - and the first time I've see any moth belonging to Erebidae there.
