Green is the New Blue - _TNY_1545
I spotted this shield bug on a neighbour's house and picked it up and put it on a ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare), but I couldn't figure out which species it was.
Back inside the same evening, I consulted a small book about shieldbugs in Sweden and realised this undoubtedly was a blue shieldbug (Zicrona caerulea) - even if it was more green than blue.
Most shieldbugs are herbivorous, but this one is actually predatory and likes to feed on flea beetles.
