The first thing you see here is the comma butterfly (Polygoinia c-album), but looking closer, there is more going on.
Up left is some sort of bluebottle and in the lower right part, two hoverflies (Eristalis sp.) are harvesting pollen. Plus just to the right of the butterfly is the butt of another hoverfly - and finally there is a honeybee walking into fram from the bottom there.
