This apparently very happy dragonfly is a female common darter (Sympetrum striolatum). I found here and a bunch of he closest friends on this barbed wire fence along a cow pasture next to the edge of the Näsudden nature reserve near Åkersberga north of Stockholm Sweden.
For me, the barb on the wire in the frame really made it a lot better as I think it conveys the scale of how small thew insect is - even if it is fairly large for being an insect.
