Sandpapery, Pt. 2 - _TNY_7766

The dock bug (Coreus marginatus) is a herbivore and look quite a lot like a shield bug, but it isn't - just closely related.

 

I really enjoy the texture on these - it looks like it is covered in sand paper or maybe shark skin.
