These are a pair of female Low's swallowtails (Papilio lowii), also known as the incredibly vague "Asian swallowtail" and also the great yellow mormon.
Normally, they aren't particularily, but looking at them here, when they are brand new and still waiting for their wings to harden enough for their first flight, the wings really look quite yellow.
