Just One Jump Left, Pt. 2 - _TNY_9952

This common field grasshopper (Chorthippus brunneus) tried to get away from me in the Näsudden nature reserve near Åkersberga, Sweden, by jumping onto a large rock sticking out of the grass. But once it got there, it suddenly appeared all out of spring power and just proceeded to walk away from me - which led to it and me climbing up on that rock in a slow pursuit interrupted by the occasional camera flash.
