Looking into the Mirror - _TNY_2320
This little guy who appears lost in his (or her) own reflection in a glass window is known as a ferruginous bee-grabber (Sicus ferrugineus).
As the name implies, this fly grabs bumblebees and lay their eggs on (in?) them and their larvae develop inside the bumblebee as an endoparasite.
And if you thought the English name was a mouthful - how about the German version? "Gemeine Breitstirnblasenkopffliege"...
