The common mormon (Papilio polytes) is a beautiful, but quite common swallowtail in southeast Asia. The females come in a couple of different colour forms which mimic other, unpalatable species, but there are also females which look like this - which is the same way that (all) the males look so I am not sure if this is a male or a female.
One cool thing about them is that if you zoom in on the matte black wings, you can see that they are sprinkled with yellow scales which in my opinion makes it look like someone sprinkled gold dust on them.
