King Crab, Pt. 2 - _TNY_2776

The Swedish name for the double-banded crab spider (Xysticus bifasciatus) is a little more glamorous. Here it is known as "kungskrabbspindel" - king crab spider.

 

I found this male specimen on a tablecloth on the patio and managed this shot at 3.3:1 magnification back in July (of 2021).
