A Pokemon Face, Pt. 4 - _TNY_2117

There are more to the Atlas moth (Attacus atlas) than just the size of its wingspan. I found this particular one in early April at the Haga Ocean Butterfly House and managed this portrait which I think show very well how incredibly cute faces they have.

Both males and females have this type of antennae, but this one if a guy judging by the size of them.

If you zoom in close, the individual facets of the compound eyes are actually showing in this capture - very happy with that.

Also, how about those furry legwarmers?

Not the exact same specimen, but here is another male shot a couple of meters from this one a week before: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/52779769278/
