Very Small, Very Surprised - _TNY_7926

A very surprised little (wingspan about 10 mm / .4") Tortricid moth which I think is a yellow-spot yarrow moth (Dichrorampha petiverella).

Like the common name indicates, the larvae of this species like to feed on yarrow, but also tansy.

I like shooting these tiny Tortricid moths - their round eyes give then a perpetually surprised look like you just busted them doing something they shouldn't have done.
