Identifying Veins - _TNY_6999

Initially, I though this was a tachinid fly, basted on nothing but the large bristles, but a helpful soul with more knowledge than I pointed out that by looking at the veins of the wings, this must be some sort of muscid fly - and guessed it is in the Helina genus.

 

This is beyond what I know so, her guess is whaty I'm going with.
