Sluuurp - _TNY_1542

A female brimstone butterfly (Gonepteryx rhamni) using that very handy proboscis to suck up nectar from a heartleaf oxeye (Telekia speciosa) - a species my mother-in-law planted in her garden specifically to attract butterflies. And it is absolutely working.
