A young raft spider (Dolomedes fimbriatus) hoping some pollinating insect is going to decide this flower was a suitable place to land.
The best way to tell an adult raft spider from a juvenile in shots where size isn't apparent is to look at the legs. Juvies have greenish legs while on adult ones they are the same brown hue as the abdomen.
