A shot of a male beautiful demoiselle (Calopteryx virgo) at the Stenbäcken creek at Åva-Stensjödal in Tyresta National Park, just south of Stockholm, Sweden.
This one was fluttering around over the creek, trying to chase away other males from "his" territory and decided the diffuser on my camera was a great place to land for a little break (the white is part of my flash diffuser which is covered in white plastic film).
