Wasps often get a bad rap from people who think they love bees. They keep talking about "saving the bees" without realizing that the honeybees which they think are so adorable actually are the one species which don't need saving. Honey bees are bred and we can get as many of these as needed.
Anyways, one point many seem to tout is that wasps are hairless and don't pollinate like the fuzzy bees.
Anyone saying that should look at this common wasp (Vespula vulgaris) and tell me they are hairless!
