Killer Emerald - _TNY_2200
A green tiger beetle (Cicindela campestris) hurrying along over the gravel near the parking lot at the Tyresta by entrance to the Tyresta National Park south of Stockholm, Sweden.
This particular day (in mid-April) there were large numbers of these guys running around there and while it is never easy getting close to these, at least the multitude of subjects meant I got plenty of attempt at nailing a shot.
