Velvet Butterfly - _TNY_9602

The meadow brown (Maniola jurtina) is a bit weirdly named in that it isn't brown - but it is still a rather striking butterfly. To me the grey dorsal side look bit like velvet and the orange part of the dorsal side makes for a nice contrast.
