Some sort of forest syrph hoverfly (Parayrphus sp.) which is refueling on a snowdrop anemone (Anemone sylvestris). This flower looks a lot like the common wood anemone (Anemone nemorosa - but larger.
And without any size reference, shots of bugs on this flower very often look like some sort of extra small bug on a wood anemone.
Unfortunately, my shot isn't conclusive enough for us to say which exact species this is, but at least the separated eyes means this is a female.
