Sort of Scarce - _TNY_5816

The scarce copper (Lycaena virgaureae) isn't really that scarce - but they can be pretty elusive when you want to get close for a portrait.

 

This particular one allowed me a quick snapshot on some yellow flower in Kullarmark outside Härnösand, Sweden in August of 2023.

 

Really happy with the way the scales show up here on it.
