Long Antennae - _TNY_5666

Having long antennae while not sporting a long ovipositor at the other end gives this parasitic wasp away as being a male.

 

I am not 100% certain, but someone more knowledgable than me suggested this to be a species known as Ichneumon insidiosus. I only spotted it briefly on the hydrangea by the garden pond but at least I got a shot of it.
