The Bluest Eyes - _TNY_5307
The green-veined white (Pieris napi) is the smallest of the three common whites in Sweden (with the others being the cabbage white, P. rapae and the large cabbage white, P. brassicae). As the name suggests, the white wings have more pronounced green veins than the other two.
Typically, they have greenish eyes, but this one turned out to have a pair in a gorgeous shade of blue instead. No idea how common this really is, but I sure like it!
