Honey, Oh Honey, Pt. 2 - _TNY_4072
If you're ever in the northern end of the island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam, I recommend visiting Phu Quoc Bee Farm, which is a small place set up to educate about the advantages of sustainable crops and keeping bees (both Vietnamese and Italian actually).
They have a small "café" where they serve wonderful Vietnamese coffee and various freshly squeezed fruit juices (I recommend the kumquat one), all served together with a jar of raw honey which you use to sweeten your drink to your preference - absolutely fantastic.
While we were finishing our drinks, one of the European honey bees (Apis mellifera) landed on one of the jars and decided to taste if the raw honey was up to standard.
