Zoom for Days - _TNY_5237P4

I'm trying out a new thing when taking butterfly photos at the Haga Ocean butterfly house in Solna, Sweden.

After taking the shot of the butterfly, I rotate the camera on the tripod and take a couple more of the sides, making sure to overlap the original shot a bit.

These shots are then fed into Kolor AutoPano Giga which stitch them together into a single, very large shot.

Here are four photos of a mylotes cattleheart (Parides eurimedes) on a leaf in the artificial rain they have in a section of the butterfly house.

The photos out of my camera are 50 megapixel each which is pretty big to begin withm, but the stitched image here totals in at 16,176x9637 pixels - or 156 megapixel.

Happy zooming!
