For Scale - _TNY_4323

I posted a shot of a green-socks peacock beetle (Elaphrus riparius) a couple of days ago here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/53022438739/

 

Now this is a very very small beetle, but I felt the diminutive size kind of got lost there. But then I found this shot at a little less magnification. That long orange thing in the background on the right is a pine needle.
