We Have Tigers at Home, Pt. 2 - _TNY_3072
When I came across my first green tiger beetle (Cicindela campestris) back in May 2016, it was a bit of a revelation. I thought it was amazing that we had such exotic-looking beetles in Sweden - and that I managed to sneak up close enough to shoot one: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/26648723050/
Since then (damn, that's seven years ago!), I've improved, both in finding them as well as sneaking up close which has resulted in an album with currently about 60 shots of them (here: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/albums/72157719182564816)
But one day in mid-May, as I was out working in the garden, I found one there - I have them at home!
By good fortune, the camera was near so I managed a couple of shots of it (I think it's a female) so here you go, my pet tiger.
